Multiple Form Extraction Keys
Users can define multiple extraction keys, which serve as specific identifiers or keywords to locate and extract relevant data from forms. By setting multiple keys, our system gains a deeper understanding of the form's structure, ensuring more accurate data extraction.

Multiple lines form extraction use anchor at header
I can’t extract multiple lines from bank statements if there is no common word on each line, like the example in your video. Use table snip is an alternative but no template for re-used. It would be useful if the position of the anchor is at the header and the line extraction will run downward.

Manually format field type of imported snip
One should be able to manually set a field type for the import (number, date, text etc.) For example: When importing strings that could also falsely be interpretated as a date, they are automatically imported as a date. The same applies for text-strings that look like numbers. Reformatting afterwards is very timeconsuming.

Change multiple text snips to validation snips
In v4, it was possible to select multiple text snips and change them all at once into validation snips. In v5, when clicking ''Change to validation snip'' while multiple snips are selected, only one snip is changed to a validation snip instead of the entire selection.

Text snip - hyphen bug
When there is a hyphen at the end of a line, the text snip/ table snip changes the order of the sentence (see attachment). The case has been tested on different pdfs, DataSnipper behaves the same every time.

OCR warning
In version 5 of DataSnipper you receive a notification when opening an Excelfile with DataSnipper in it, if you want to apply OCR. This notification is annoying when you just want to review the file as a manager of partner. Please add an option to turn off this notification (you can now only choose in setting 'automatically apply OCR' or 'notify me', please add a third option 'do not notify me'. Further the notificaton text is not clear for auditors who do not know what OCR is.

Duplicate Figures Option
Add an option in Document Matching whereby you can select to ignore a figure once it has already been snipped. E.g. 1,234.56 appears in the bank statement 12 times throughout the year - currently DM will pull the first one 12 times. With this option, it would skip the first occurrence and snip the second and so on.
