Recognize dashes in tables as zeros for Find all Sums
Sum snip does not recognize the formatting of $0 in a table as a zero value for the purpose of footing and cross-footing the table. In the attached example the limited number of values in each column and row of the table resulted in Find all Sums not checking the full table.
Use relative path of current excel file as starting point for referencing
When I decide not to include the pdf into Excel (because of the file-size) and the copy the Excel-file from my local pc to the server the links are broken. I would suggest to internally reference the imported pdf as a relative path with the Excel-file as starting point. This would result in no broken links if I have a folder containing the Excel-file and sub-folders containing my pdf's. After copying the whole folder to the new location the references would point to the correct files in the new location.

Scrollbar in document dropdown
When uploading a large number of documents finding a document in the document dropdown can take a long time. Can a scrollbar be added in the dropdown to enable faster locating of documents? (Allen Tongol, BDO Australia)
Showing Acceptable Differences used in Document matching
With the new functionality (Version 3.0.11) of the Document matching "Acceptable difference", this procedure works a lot more efficient. That was a great thing to see and we are really happy with this improvement. However a member from our department of professional practice has pointed out that a trainee would also be able to add 5000 as the acceptable difference, which could lead to issues. For example, if I were looking for an invoice of 1mln euro's, and accidentally add the acceptable difference of 1.000.000 instead of 1.000, every snip I make would be a match. Let's assume my manager does not open the Excel Document, but only looks at the document from the previewer of our Audit file, the acceptable difference is not clearly visible. Therefore he/she might not be able to see the error made. This could result in (overlooked) mistakes that lead to audit differences that go unnnoticed, which is unacceptable of course. Therefore we would like to have a seperate audit trail sheet in Excel, whenever the document matching function is used (if there was an acceptable difference). Or you may think of another way to show very clearly that an acceptable difference has been used so this is obvious from the output of the function. This makes it easier for someone to identify errors that would occur if someone incorrectly fills in the acceptable difference for document matching.
Create group - same groupname
I created a group with the same name and DataSnipper gave an error. then the window in which the group is created was closed. As a result, I had to reselect all invoices. It would be useful if the screen remains open and we can change the "group name".
Store repeating procedures
I have to deal with a number of clients we have to reconcile monthly. As the structure of the received documents is the same every month I would love to have any option to store the procedure and the execute it with the new set of documents to prevent me doing the same snips again and again every month. Best case would be to also have the name of the procedures (ideally also a hash of the file) in the audit trail to have a audit-proof evidence of the used procedures.
Keep existing number format of cell
We use specific styles in our excel documents for consistency that get overridden after a snip is added to a cell. ie. existing format for a number cell is xx,xxx however when snipping a number value is changes to format of the cell to remove the thousands separator and adds in cents after the full stop. ie. the above example would show as xxxxx.xx It would be great if we could set the number format of a cell and keep it even after a snip rather than needing to change is back after completing all snips in the work paper. Note: We're aware of the CTRL + SHIFT option however it's only the number format we want to keep the same. We like that the colour of the cell is updated to indicate a snip is in place. Thanks.
Update file names with (1) if the file already exists
When you upload two files with the same name, you override one file. Is it possible to automaticaly rename the other file, for example with +1?
