Dashboard and Advanced Reporting

We are constantly looking for ways to improve Datasnipper, and we believe that the best way to do this is by listening to our users. We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for how we can make the product even better.

  1. Add a count for users added in to the list of users in UMS

    Currently there is no count for the number of users added in the list of users.
    It would be helpful to add a number in front of each added user.

  2. Enhanced Dashboard Role Customization

    Currently, dashboard access is limited to "Viewer" or "Owner", which may not align with the varying needs of different users. To provide more focused access control, we propose introducing additional dashboard roles, such as:

    Reporting Admin: Grants access to view and generate advanced reports without full administrative privileges.
    Template Admin: Allows users to upload and manage templates without broader dashboard permissions such as user management.

  3. Education Data in Dashboard

    It would be valuable to include learning data within the dashboard.

    Problem: Today it is not easy to understand which users have completed academy courses or attended training webinars. This is because this information is not available or I have to log in to other systems like the academy.

    Solution: Providing academy analytics along with webinar attendance on the dashboard would allow admins the ability to ensure users have completed the recommended education content.
