Hello there,

We are constantly looking for ways to improve Datasnipper, and we believe that the best way to do this is by listening to our users. We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for how we can make the product even better.

Whether you have a feature request or a general suggestion, we want to hear it all. Your feedback is valuable to us, and it will help us prioritize our roadmap and make sure that we are building the right things for our users.

  2. API Connection to the User Metrics data

    We’d like to be able to make a direct connection to your user metrics dashboard with a secure API connection.

    Right now the downloading, formatting, running the Macro to match Hashes + importing into Alteryx and PowerBI is quite an extensive process.

    We’d love to be able to download the data directly to be able to move the entire process into a web-based application on our side that is always up-to-date.

    The goal for us it to use machine learning algorithms to identify statistically significant differences between departments and regions to be able to provide advice for engagement partners and…

  3. Allow easy identification of champion users

    Adding filters for specific metrics and predefined "champion targets" allows easier analysis of the data and insights to be gained.

    • Top user per snip type
    • Top users overall

    Incorporating filters for user inputted mapped data (i.e. filter by department / filter by region) to easily identify top users by specific metrics per region and per department.

  5. Include metrics of usage of Company FE/DM template

  8. Advanced Reporting timestamp filter

    Instead of pulling monthly reports, it would be helpful to allow for a timestamp filter, whereby you could filter for a specific month for instance.

  10. Email ID collected instead of username & Date Time

    Hi,

    I think it would be more applicable for reporting purposes to store and download the excel template with email IDs rather than User names as the email address is more unique.

    Also it would be useful to have an additional column with the data and time when a feature is being implemented.

  11. Include count of active users
