Allow thresholds / rounding in all FSS tests
Allow the ability to toggle rounding allowances / tolerance levels in all 3 tests (MA is currently present but we would like to also include this for IC and PY).

Rounding has been enabled both for IC and PY since v.6. We do not follow the same pattern as in MA where the user can set a threshold, but the functionality is there. Screenshot attached for IC evidence.
