prior year consistency
Having the ability to see list of automated references once a figure is clicked. Currently, if FSS does not give any suggestions users have to manually find the data in PY document and perform manual checking.
With automatic reference list (like how it works in Internal Consistency), at least user is able to be brought to the pages where the same number exists and then place their tickmark.
