My suggestion is for the tool to extract the necessary fields from documents with different layouts simultaneously, without the need to create an individual layout for each document.
Basically, it would save the work done with Text Snip, and every time new documents of those formats are uploaded, the tool would recognize and extract the data automatically.
The idea is for the tool to assist in the document triage process.
