After filtering on attributes, want to click through to see the filtered items directly.

Invitation email “spammy” risk
One client saw it land in spam and the email looks generic.
Desired: branding and customization options (logo, richer text).

Folder structure
Large templates (300+ items) become hard to navigate.
Desired: per “post” a folder with nested questions, and a recognizable folder structure on download.

AI proven samples via UpLink
Instead of receiving quotes, invoice numbers, invoice dates, or invoice totals, it would be better if you could upload a sample and Up Link would then try to link it to the existing invoices. This would save the work of an audit assistant.

Export the documents with snips to a specified document instead of creating a new Excel workbook.
It would be ideal if we could export the documents with snips directly to the workpaper the client is currently working on. At present, the process involves downloading the responses and documents with snips to a new Excel workbook, then manually transferring the data to the workpaper.

Ability to add Checklists or Question "requests"
Currently the platform allows for making requests of documents or other files to be provided by clients. In addition to these types of requests, we often have checklists or standard questions our clients need to answer in a "yes/no" or short answer/survey format. Currently, requests which are questions can be created and answers provided in comments, but these must be created individually for each question and take more time for clients to complete and don't export as nicely as a checklist would. (E.g., financial statement checklist, engagement risk / fraud assessments, etc.)

Creating approval process
Create an approval process within an uplink engagement. So having multiple internal users on 1 engagement/request with a step 1, step 2 and step 3 as different levels of approval.

AI Generated PBC Request Lists
Given the technology embedded in UpLink, it would be great to automatically generate PBC lists based on firm methodology, engagement type, prior lists, and client industry as a starting point for request list management. We should also be able to roll this list forward to interim and next year periods using the same feature. Currently PBC request lists must be managed outside the platform in Excel and is difficult to maintain centrally and implement at scale.

Automatically unzip/extract .zip files as they are provided
Currently users need to unzip/extract the files contained in a .zip file and re-upload them to perform queries and other analysis on those documents. This change would also allow clients to share large numbers of files in a single upload.
