Document Match only find the correct sign of a value
I have noticed that document matching seems to match both positive and negative instances of a number. It would be nice if it prefers / requires an exact match taking into account the sign and only refers the the inverse sign as a secondary check.

Add "conditions" to Document Matching
I was using DM the other day to compare cash payments that were summarized in an Excel file to bank statements that were provided to me by the client. I didn't have any data in the Excel file other than (1) a hardcoded date and (2) the amount that I was told was paid. I was attempting to match the amount paid from the Excel file to the bank statement (which I was able to do with a very high success rate). But this also got me thinking, what if I could refine the document matching to look for certain…

Document Match the correct snip (understand documents)
Amend the DM algorithm to prioritize matches based on a logical understanding of the documents as opposed to simply limiting the distance between snips. i.e. DM should know to extract the value from the numbers in the document, not at the end of the tax identification number.

Consideration of exchange rates in document matching.
It would be helpful if you could enter which exchange rate Datasnipper should use and then convert and match the values yourself. For example, we receive reporting packages in foreign currencies and the exchange rates used in each case. If you want to check the conversion, you have to do this manually. Datasnipper could automate this.

Enhancing the ability within Document Matching step 3 to limit the amount threshold
Enhancing the ability within Document Matching step 3 to limit the amount threshold in a certain direction. For example in Step 3, I would like to add an Amount threshold for an input of GL Date Recorded to look for values after +3 days of input date. This would be helpful in SURL and AP testing in TODs.

Leading/Trailing 0's option
Would like an option in the settings menu which can allow me to ignore or keep leading 0's currently this prevents users from being able to fully rely on datasnipper in the cases where they have a specific format of number.

Recognition of positive / negative balances
Accuracy of the Document Matching is not always satisfactory. If a bank statement has a figure which is appearing as both negative and positive (e.g: -10000 and 10000), the software sometimes picks up negative figure when we are vouching the positive figure and vice versa.

DM: pulls the text from the input column rather than the imported document
DM: pulling the text from the input column rather than the imported document
Getting some very confusing results with Document Matching in v5.0.7 - The resulting snips appear to be pulling the text from the input column rather than the imported document and are matching to very partial items in the document (fuzzy matching not enabled)
