  1. Under company templates, there should be an option of a search bar in order to search for specific templates, as in those cases where there a huge number of templates created under company templates section, it becomes a tedious task when looking for a specific template.

  2. It would be useful if Form Extraction was able to extract checkmarks and tickmarks from form boxes. This is prevalent on many tax forms as well as some forms audit teams review during test of detail.

  3. When I click into a cell with a "0,00" value, Datasnipper starts searching for all zero in all documents regularly crashing my excel files. Could a (optional) feature be added where the search function doesn't search for 0s?

  5. Can we implement a more intuitive method for deleting DM/FE templates, such as using a three dots menu? The current method, which requires a right-click, is not user-friendly. A more straightforward deletion process would simplify template management and reduce user frustration

  6. My spreadsheet got 10 pdfs and everytime I click a cell with zero, it takes a few sec to search for all zeros in the 10 pdfs. My spreadsheet is almost unusable.

  7. Copy - paste works once but then I need to re-copy to re-paste (I cannot copy then paste x3) - this impacts general excel functionality.

  10. Currently, when using the Move or Copy functionality in excel, it does not transfer the documents ans cross-references from one workbook to another.

    For excel files with thousands of snips in multiple sheets it's very important that this is enabled.
    Currently I have to manually copy each sheet individually

Perhaps this already exists - I am not aware of it existing - but while I love the Form Extraction functionality, I find that there are often times where I am working in documents of similar format and presentation but with slightly different dimensions, meaning, Form Extraction works great on a standardized form (e.g., a tax standardized form), but let's say I am importing pay stubs for 100 employees and I want to use Form Extraction to add snips to those stubs and extract data, the moment that one of those pay stubs has an added line (i.e., a one…

  13. When leaving comments on pages with a lot of text, the comment text box blends into the background, making it hard to read what I'm typing. It would be great if the text box could be improved for better visibility - perhaps by making the background solid or increasing the font size. This would help ensure comments are easy to write and read, even on busy pages.

  15. Ability to reorder files for extraction would be nice. Context of payroll summary reports which are named by calendar months. DataSnipper will extract based on the A-Z which doesnt match reality.

    Currently, we are having to rename the files before uploading to enable accurate extraction as we want it

  17. When pasting data in a column (for example trying to copy formatting) it overrides your previous data entirely, and you cannot undo the task, meaning all work has to be redone. Please can you allow either for an undo option or that paste special format does not override data

  20. Consider if you have 5+ columns in your input data, when in Step 3 and 'finaliz[ing] your document match,' have the default fields for the output columns be "No Input" to save time matching. Could also consider using a short key (i.e. pressing "1" when you want no output). I currently will press "A" to get me back to the top of the listing and then scroll up to the "No Output" selection.
