When repeating table snips, the column preservations makes sense and should be in place already.
How would you suggest addressing row edit preservation? Preserving table 1's row edit assumes that each row height will be consistent for repeating tables. Is this the case that you are hoping to solve?
If rows are dynamic in height, row preservation unfortunatley would not resolve the core issue.
Do you have a different view on how this should work.

English translation: In a detailed check with many errors (difference between A and B), it would be useful if an export of the differences could be made with the push of a button. This could include the data source (checked) and the documents (e.g. invoice/price agreement of the customer) and make it clear what the difference is and what has been compared with each other. This is to share with the customer and ask for an explanation. One step further, it would be nice if datasnipper automatically sends an email (or proposal) with what has been compared with each other and where the differences are. Export of the differences is particularly important when it concerns a large detailed check with many errors.
