Another user I interviewed also expressed similar expectations. This user is in Internal Audit, and they work with excel files much more than PDFs.
More description:
Client is in internal audit, and need to import excel files to DataSnipper. DS doesn’t recognize excel workbooks with many sheets well, or excel sheets that has wide tables. A workaround is to take screenshots and import the images, but this is annoying.
When uploading excel to DS, the tab names are not easily visible from the document viewer (They all start with the workbook name, then followed by the tab name). The user need to hover over the items in the drop-down to view the full name.
