Automatically apply OCR should automatically run OCR on all documents, not only those that have no text layer

The automatically Apply OCR run only when there is no text detected in the document. By default, if there is text detected, it wont run.

I would prefer an option to automatically run OCR on all imported documents, irrespective of their initial status.

    I am having a similar issue where OCR doesn't run automatically even though the Workbook settings are set to run OCR automatically.
