Multiple Form Extraction Keys
Users can define multiple extraction keys, which serve as specific identifiers or keywords to locate and extract relevant data from forms. By setting multiple keys, our system gains a deeper understanding of the form's structure, ensuring more accurate data extraction.

Building a key instead of snipping it would also be a great addition: for example, I have a pdf with totals per account. I have my account numbers in the Excel. When I set my key, instead of snipping one, I type "Total" and show where my account numbers are in excel. When it form extracts, it table snips every line that starts with total and the account number and extracts next to the account number in my excel.

Add the option in form extraction to include a vertical and a horizontal key together to still pick up data where the amount of rows and columns changes. For example, when analysing payroll reports you could set the horizontal key to the totals column and the vertical key to gross pay to consistently reconcile the correct figures without failure if either column lengths or number of columns vary. This could be applied to all payroll reports thus saving vast amounts of time across the audit industry!
