We are constantly looking for ways to improve Datasnipper, and we believe that the best way to do this is by listening to our users. We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for how we can make the product even better.

  1. Excel Book Splashscreen should not appear every time you open a DataSnipper enabled Excel Document

    2 scenarios:
    1. New fresh excel opened and no Data Snipper functions have bene utilised on the file - DataSnipper Splash screen does not appear on excel startup.

    1. Excel document utilises DataSnipper functionality: currently, the DataSnipper splash screen comes up every single time you open the document. It should, at maximum, show once per user per document. This means once I've seen the splash screen once (per document), next time I open the excel you should not be showing me the splash screen.

    Or, just make the splash screen easier to close. ie 'ok' should take you to the next…

  2. Integrate feedback and support to excel

    Allow, with userbase licence, to easily give your feedback and fill a support ticket inside excel.
    No more need to get on another website, and sign-up / sign-in. Just click on a button, a windows open to complete the form (NPS or support). So we never leave excel again.
