We are constantly looking for ways to improve Datasnipper, and we believe that the best way to do this is by listening to our users. We would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for how we can make the product even better.

  1. Paste on Import - Central control of settings

    We get resistance in our organization for using DataSnipper, when auditors already have access to the client ERP system. This can be solved easily with toggeling the paste on import button. Engagement teams might not receive our messaging, and it will decrease adoption. We should be able to set paste on import as a standard setting from the country manager module.

  2. Provide the DataSnipper ribbon and instructions in local languages

    Currently the DataSnipper application is provided in English only. Excel itself supports local languages in its ribbon and content. It would be nice if DataSnipper also could follow the local language settings of the computer.

    Have the ability to toggle between different licenses to allow easy testing of the latest insider release without compromising on the ability to quickly revert to the public release stable versions.

  4. Allow configuration of 'embed PDFs in Excel'

    At the moment, there is a per-workbook setting to flick on or off 'Embed PDFs in Excel'. It would be useful to provide domain administrators with a method of applying this setting across their domain, and disabling the toggle for users.
