Fix issue with protecting unprotected cells when deleting Snips
When you use the 'Delete Snips' button, it resets cells to their default state. E.g. empty and locked.
When using our in house excel based tools, we set these spreadsheets up specifically with unlocked cells for text entry (as each sheet is protected to avoid accidental changes to formulae / model which has been signed off centrally). Therefore the above functionality results in cells becoming locked and un-editable in these workbooks for normal users.
We would therefore suggest that functionality is changed so that cell protection remains/is restored to as it was before any Data Snipper functions are called. This should also be the case for any formatting that was in place.
