Add ability to select certain fields from a FE template - i.e., only certain lines from a K-1 feature template

This has been deferred (not planned for the next 6 months).
A current workaround is to use the template with all extractions and simply delete the irrelevant extractions not needed from within either excel or the running of that extraction.
