transfer snips
Have the ability to (or publicize it more) - the ability to replace documents (keep snips/abandon snips) when importing. there are 2 workflows this prospect identified to accomplish this:
1) Make Edits within PDF
a. Export PDF within datasnipper to a separate folder than the original PDF is saved on your computer (I am not sure why it has to be a separate folder).
b. Unclick “include PDFs in Excel” within excel file.
c. Exit excel and save.
d. REPLACE PAGES of PDF (for different version) or make edits as need be. Save and close PDF.
e. Reopen excel –…7 votes -
Merge the separate documents into a single PDF file when exported.
Clients often find it more convenient to share the work performed in a single, easily distributable PDF format when collaborating with colleagues or external reviewers who do not have DataSnipper installed, rather than dealing with multiple PDFs.

Drag & drop embedded documents in the document organizer
When documents are embedded in word, it is possible to drag & drop them to file explorer. It is not yet possible to drag & drop documents to the organizer. This is very relevant in the transition from documenting in word to documenting in excel.

Move imported documents into different folders from the Document Viewer screen
I like the new functionality in folders and moving documents from one folder to the next, but it would be nice to have the ability to do this directly from the Document Viewer screen in addition to, say, the "Organize" folder. For example, if I am working in ten different PDF files and adding snips to one file at a time, it would be nice to move an imported document to, say, a "Done snipping" folder. And as far as I know, I cannot do that directly from the Document Viewer screen.

Password Protection
Imported documents with a password have the password input once but then the protection is lost.
It would be nice to have an option (tickbox) to password protect the excel workbook if any document are imported with a password.4 votesThis has been deferred (not planned for the next 6 months).
