Folder view not changing
I noticed that when I have imported documents in multiple folders and I have snips to those imported documents in the same tab or workbook - that when I jump around from one snip to the next, the folder in which those imported documents does not change to tell me that I am not viewing a snip in a different folder. For example, let's say I have document A in folder A and I have document B in folder B. If have snips from both of those documents in a tab, then when I click on the snips to go…

Adding "comments" icon in the short menu in the Document Viewer in a new window
Right now, the menu of items in the new window view is all snips, but it would be nice to be able to quickly add a comment as well in addition to the snip icons in that menu.

Table snip - repeat snip for all pages in folder
When chosing the repeat table snip option, add an option to repeat table snip 'all pages in folder'. This is useful when the tables are in different pdf documents.

copy the folders and/or specified contents of the folders into a new folder
I wish that I could copy the folders and/or specified contents of the folders into a new folder within the Document Organizer so that I could compile one folder to follow ups for client. Using "Remove all pages without exception snip" is a great tool to consolidate only the pages that need follow ups.. but sometimes I dont want to delete the rest of the document. If you could copy files into a separate folder and then export that folder just to provide the client the exceptions, I could see alot more testing relying on DS ++ expanded functionality for…

Leading/Trailing 0's option
Would like an option in the settings menu which can allow me to ignore or keep leading 0's currently this prevents users from being able to fully rely on datasnipper in the cases where they have a specific format of number.

Layering in Table Snip

Option to freeze document in document viewer
When reviewing, sometimes the end user may want to stay on a certain document longer, even though they will need to click through the Excel and additional cells that may contain other references. The option to temporarily freeze the document in the viewer using a shortcut or toggle button would be helpful.

Could we have DataSnipper in Microsoft Word?
Got a feedback/enhancement from Shanghai staff, DataSnipper sometimes is not that user friendly when snipping and extracting some of the data in Financial statements (especially when it is in a format of table, or long table, or PDF with different format), so in this case, need more manual work on checking or snipping/extracting again. It is able to have DataSnipper in Microsoft word as well? Thanks!

Table Snip larger files (600 pages+)
Table Snip "times out" when trying to apply the table snip to all pages of a large document (ex 600 pages). After disabling "table snip suggestions," the initial document upload process moved a little quicker, but extracting the table took hours. Improving the speed of the "apply to all pages" function would be helpful.

Add possibility to move an extraction field to a different page
When using form extraction, it is at this moment not possible to edit an extraction field and then move that extraction field to a different page. Would be a nice to have if you can drag the extraction field to a different page.

With the implementation of V6.1 you are able to re-order extractions meaning you can easily delete an extraction and create a new one on the correct page, easily re-ordering this new extraction to the correct position in the list of extractions.

Copying and pasting into new workbook
Copying and pasting into new workbook with snipped documents carried over and embedded. So that auditors can boost efficiency by locating the relevant data quicker. Right now auditors cannot copy and paste this into the audit workbook with the documents showing.

Selected Snips Flyout Menu Rework
When many snips are selected, the Flyout menu can become so large that it covers up values in the document that the user is trying to snip (by using CTRL + Snip)

Make comments background solid white
Make the comments background solid white so u can paste over wording that is on a pdf file (sometimes it is hard to read when it's transparent)

Creating a "positive" and "negative" output for "Find all Sums"
I don't believe this exists, but if I am performing a "Find all Sums" on a large document - i.e., a 200-page Form 10-K PDF, it would be nice if there were two outputs: (1) one in which the output is all sums that reconciled and then (2) another output in which the sums did not reconcile.
