Automatically identifying when imports are not right-side up
I was just importing alot of PDF files into DataSnipper and several of them were scanned upside down and whatnot - and it occurred to me, it would be nice if DataSnipper had a feature that "automatically" identifiedd when an imported document were not right-side up, so to speak. It would be nice if the document was automatically right-side up or if there was a feature that identified imported documents that were not right-side up and suggested fixing the imports in bulk.

see full folder name
When I have long names of folders, I can't see the full name of the folder I am selecting in the document viewer. This is an issue when you have longer folder names (e.g. for specific projects with a job number and a description).

Table Snip to Text Snip conversion
When one adds a Table Snip, only one Snip is created. For referencing and/or review purposes, it might be desirable to have individual Text Snips (so that these can than be reviewed using the Validation Snip). Hence, it might be handy to easily convert the Table Snip into individual Text Snips.

Zeros
There's got to be a way to disable searching for all zeros. I select a cell with "0" or "-" and it freezes like 10 seconds + because it is searching for all zeros in all my documents. I ain't no software engineer, but this seems to be an easy fix to a regular Excel user.

Recognize Japanese calendar
Currently, when a date written in the Japanese calendar (e.g. 30 August, Reiwa 6 is written as 6/8/30) is snipped, it is written as 2006/8/30.

More functionality in organizing imported documents for export
I'd like to be able to reorder pages within the imported documents for the purpose of exporting that doc with that new page order. It would be even more helpful to be able to combine imported documents to create a new document that can then be exported (i.e. combining 10 imported .pdf in the "Invoices" folder into one 10-page .pdf).

Renaming pasted screenshots
Since the last DS Update renaming pasted screenshots doesn't work anymore. You can click on "Rename document", enter a new file name, but after clicking "Ok" the screenshot is still named "Screenshot (0)", "Sceenshot (1)" etc. This makes document management or finding the right imported screenshot very difficult and inefficient. It would be grate if this feature (renameing pasted screenshots) would be possible again.

Make Company templates available for selection before documents are uploaded. This way user can understand which templates are required for this specific template.

Ability to create excel sheet templates and store them within DataSnipper.
Problem: Currently external & internal auditors use templates for completing audit procedures. This requires ecxel templates to be created and maintained within a shared document storage such as Sharepoint. Users will then download the files to their local machine. This leads to templates becoming outdated and also having a lack of insights about the useage of the templates.

Enhancements to Improve DataSnipper Usability
I would like to suggest the following two enhancements to improve the usability of DataSnipper:
Focused Snippet Display: When a page contains multiple cells and numerous snippets referencing it, this can become overwhelming and difficult to read. It can also be challenging for the reviewer to determine which information is relevant to the selected cell. It would be helpful if, when the preparer and/or reviewer clicks on a cell, only the relevant snippets for that cell are displayed, while any unrelated information is hidden.

Client ID/Reference Code in DS Toolbar
Introducing a feature in the DataSnipper (DS) toolbar to add a client ID number or internal reference code could be a valuable enhancement for your clients. This would allow them to easily track which clients they have used DataSnipper on, and which they haven't, thereby improving their ability to manage and analyze their work across different clients.

Export with folders
Offering the option to export documents incl. the folder structure created in the document organizer. This can be super helpful when working with counterparties that don't use DataSnipper yet and need to receive my documentation such as tax authorities or private individuals.

Feature for Document References / IDs
When working with lots of documents it can be helpful to create document IDs that can be autogenerated and be put on documents as well. This would be super helpful when documents need to be exported to keep an overview which document belongs to what what cell/line in the excel spreadsheet.

Search and snip from only selected files (instead of all of them)
Would like the ability to search and snip within certain files (not all files uploaded). When you filter for files, it will limit the files that appear but when using the search bar it will search through files outside of the filters.

Adding a Horizontal Scroll Bar
When switching PDFs in the Document Viewer, if the file name is long, only part of the title is visible on the window. As a result, it is necessary to hover over each item to check the file name or input it in the Filer, which is inconvenient. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated if a horizontal scroll bar could be added to the window.

Improve Multiple Validation Snips Handling
Problem Statement
When using multiple validation snips in a single Excel cell, deleting one validation snip can result in unexpected behavior:
- Loss of important documentation text when removing validation snips
- Inability to selectively remove individual validation snips while preserving others in the same cell
- Inconsistent behavior when using "Remove snip but keep cell content" option with multiple validation snips

Allow editing of saved personal templates instead of having to save a new version.
Once a user creates a template, if they want to edit the template, they are required to save a new template. It would be beneficial if they could simply edit the template and have the changes saved instead of having to save another template.

Allow folders in Version Compare
If there is a large list of docs imported to a workbook it can be difficult to find the right docs in the version comparison set-up. It would be helpful to navigate via the folder structure to the relevant documents (similar to Form Extraction).
