Unreadable / corrupted file
When exchanging Excel file with PDF included, while navigating on some of the pdf there is a user that starts to get "Unreadable file".

Change multiple text snips to validation snips
In v4, it was possible to select multiple text snips and change them all at once into validation snips. In v5, when clicking ''Change to validation snip'' while multiple snips are selected, only one snip is changed to a validation snip instead of the entire selection.

Text snip - hyphen bug
When there is a hyphen at the end of a line, the text snip/ table snip changes the order of the sentence (see attachment). The case has been tested on different pdfs, DataSnipper behaves the same every time.

Keyboard Shortcut to switch between Excel and Document Viewer
When in document viewer, a keyboard shortcut to switch "attention" back to the Excel document instead of the viewer. For example, currently when using arrow keys they will continue to manipulate the viewer rather than the Excel doc. I would like to be able to switch back to Excel doc without clicking again.

When snipping a table that is printed closely, or with lines, snipping makes many mistakes that need editing

OCR warning
In version 5 of DataSnipper you receive a notification when opening an Excelfile with DataSnipper in it, if you want to apply OCR. This notification is annoying when you just want to review the file as a manager of partner. Please add an option to turn off this notification (you can now only choose in setting 'automatically apply OCR' or 'notify me', please add a third option 'do not notify me'. Further the notificaton text is not clear for auditors who do not know what OCR is.

OCR Scan screenshots already included in the excel file
Can you add functionality for OCR scanning all screenshots already included in an excel sheet so that you can search across screenshots? Clients may include part of documentation as screenshots of underlying support so could be productive to be able to search in them

Sort documents based on import date/time
It would be helpfull to sort documents that have been imported on the date/time they have been imported. Meaning that the documents that have been imported lasts, show up on top.

Font Preferences
In my case, I would like snips to always come out in Arial, black 10pt font and would like to be able to set that as my preference. The cell doesn't need to be highlighted to show that there is a data snip as I find that looks messy.

The font size in the comment boxes is sometimes too large. The ability to adjust the size would be helpful.

Document Drop Down Too Short
When in document viewer, the second drop down that shows document titles is to short. Can you make view of the titles longer instead of having to hover over each document to find the name?

Lock folders in document organizer
Allow the ability for folders in the document organizer to be locked to prevent users from deleting supporting evidence that should remain in the workbook.

Optimize PDF
Create a button with alert when a PDF document is uploaded to run or save your document as Optimized to eliminate the meta data on a PDF document that can cause issues. Similar to how you run OCR by selecting button

View full name of documents
Now you can only see a few characters and not the full name of documents in the viewer. It would be nice to see the full name of documents or change the size of the window so that the full name is visible.

Feature request to be able to compare two signatures and then use validation/exception for instances of fraud

Output columns on document matching
Consider if you have 5+ columns in your input data, when in Step 3 and 'finaliz[ing] your document match,' have the default fields for the output columns be "No Input" to save time matching. Could also consider using a short key (i.e. pressing "1" when you want no output). I currently will press "A" to get me back to the top of the listing and then scroll up to the "No Output" selection.

Same data snipped in Document matching
I have been doing bank reconciliations with thousands of lines and there are multiple transactions with the same amount. Datasnipper will snip the same number multiple times.

when reopen the documents,cant find previous impoted documents,but the file name list sheet has this record.

Compression of images
The compression tool works great for PDFs as after compression these are still legible, however I've had to screen snip some shots of the client system to attach as evidence in places, and pasted these into DS, however when compressed they are completely illegible - could you try a different compression algorithm for images or allow users to exempt certain documents from compression? As these were screenshots pasted directly into the working paper, only one copy existed and now it's destroyed.
